SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

  1. Eligibility for Returns:

    • We accept returns only for defective or damaged items. If your product arrives in such a condition, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our customer support team.

    • Products must be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by the original packaging.

  2. Non-Returnable Items:

    • Customized or personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged.

    • Any product showing signs of use, wear, or damage caused by improper care will not be eligible for a return.

  3. Return Process:

    • To initiate a return, email us at Kasthaindia8@gmail.com with your order details and photographs of the product.

    • Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship the item back to us. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

  4. Refunds:

    • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

    • Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  5. Exchanges:

    • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

  6. Cancellation Policy:

    • Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Custom orders cannot be canceled once processing has begun.
