• While we ensure that the pictures of our products are of high quality, there might be slight differences in color due to variations in factory waste materials used.

• As our products are crafted from upcycled factory waste and are 100% vegan, there may also be slight variations in size and weight depending on the yarn size.

Customization Policy

• Custom Orders: Good things take time. Customization requests for our handmade products will require 10–15 working days for production.

• Non-Exchangeable: Customized products are made uniquely for you and therefore cannot be exchanged or replaced.

Care Instructions

To ensure your Kastha India products last long and remain in good condition, please follow these care tips:

1. Avoid using harsh abrasives on the product.

2. Refrain from pulling on loose threads.

3. Do not rub the product too harshly.

4. Store your bags in the cotton pouches provided to protect them from dust and dirt.
